I am passionate about good food. Its what drives us to reach new goals. Unfortunately every person has bad food experiences. This blog speaks for all those who paid to eat sub-par fare. It is an honest expose of what is right and good on the regional restaurant scene. My reviews are unsolicited and I receive no compensation for my opinions. You can trust they will be brutally honest.

Sitar of India – Hagerstown, MD

Indian flavors are certainly not commonplace in western Maryland but Sitar allows one to escape the Hub City and travel half a world away. Their curries are exceptional and offer more than a one dimensional flavor. I saved some money by eating the buffet today but I would always recommend ordering from their expansive menu. The rice was perfect, the vegetable curry was so good I had to have seconds. And vegetarians should be encouraged by a wide variety of fried, curried, and breaded vegetarian options. For the carnivores Sitar makes an amazing tandoori chicken as well but do order it fresh to get the full experience.
